Neal Asher (b. 1961 in Billericay in Essex, England) is an author of science fiction short stories and novels. His act encompasses numbers of classic science fiction figure of speech including globe ruling AIs, androids, hive minds, aliens and time travel. His novels come characterized by convenient paced action & violent encounters. These are hard to absolutely codify a specific science fiction sub-genre where he writes because, when a act is oftentimes epic poem around scope & so nominally space opera, its graphic and aggressive tone resembles something further akin to cyberpunk.
